Yes, yesterday was leg day. We were about to leave and dad was talking so I decided to throw in 3 sets of these weighted crunches, which is one of my favorite ab workouts. First set - 20, second set (increase weight) 15, third set (increase weight) 10. •
The gym was super crowded yesterday so I didn’t get to record any legs stuff, and dad was busy. I get a lot of questions on my gym routine, and I honestly never know until I get there and see what machines are open. I ALWAYS do either heavy squats, hip thrusts or lunges! •
