Happy Birthday to the man who kept me in the woods since I was old enough to walk, sitting in blinds you made out of pine limbs because I was too little to climb treestands yet, and telling you to shoot every deer that stepped out. To the man who would walk me down to the creek with a net and fill up an aquarium with crawfish, minnows, baby bream and turtles. Who taught me to clean a deer before I had ever even killed one of my own, and for telling me a neck shot could take out my first 7 point buck when I first squeezed the trigger on one at 8 years old. Happy Birthday to my best friend and the best Daddy in the world! I love you! ♥️

Spent my day yesterday getting pampered by @pigmentbyae getting new eyeliner and brows! Yes, I wrestle catfish, spend most of my free time in the woods up a tree, & I’m one of the biggest tomboys ever, BUT at the end of the day, I’m still a girl. I still like to look as good as I can (when I feel like it 😂). That being said, it’s ok to wear makeup sometimes. For the girls who hunt in makeup, that’s ok too. ♥️
Thank you Amy for talking me into getting brows, I never knew I needed them until you fixed me up! Highly recommend this woman!

Yes, yesterday was leg day. We were about to leave and dad was talking so I decided to throw in 3 sets of these weighted crunches, which is one of my favorite ab workouts. First set - 20, second set (increase weight) 15, third set (increase weight) 10. •

The gym was super crowded yesterday so I didn’t get to record any legs stuff, and dad was busy. I get a lot of questions on my gym routine, and I honestly never know until I get there and see what machines are open. I ALWAYS do either heavy squats, hip thrusts or lunges! •

Your Mom’s Favorite Bull Rider himself made the trip all the way from Texas to Alabama to grab a few catfish with the Barrons! Dale Brisby and Donnie Daytona both got to catch a few mean fish. We even had the toughest 11 year old you’ll ever see out here with us, Westin McCauley! Hope y’all enjoy!

Hannah barron : Watching the man who taught me everything

Watching the man who taught me everything I know about hunting and spent countless hours with me in the woods growing up kill his first elk was one of the best moments of my life. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t bring tears to my eyes when we we finally made it far enough down the mountain to lay hands on him.
Dad made a perfect shot on him across the canyon at 679 yards! @jeffbarron70
The hardest part was the pack-out. 3 of us made 2 trips down the mountain and climbed 800 foot back up to the top with a pack full of meat TWICE to get the whole elk out. @bouldercreekoutfitters
Right after, we ran to help @kristylee15 & @crotac_predator_hunting pack out a couple of bulls they doubled up on!
Safe to say it was an AMAZING day that’s going to be hard to beat!

Me, @jeffbarron70 & @sportswomancourtney cleaning 2 little catfish we kept for a fish fry! We only keep very few of the fish we catch noodling. We always leave the big fish and females, and release a majority of the males and smaller fish unless we’re wanting to have a fish fry!
